A small bakery on Fernwood Lane
Maple Hollow Bakery sits at 12 Fernwood Lane in Riverton, where the ovens are lit long before the town wakes up. We believe bread doesn't need to be complicated — just good flour, good time, and a lot of early mornings.
Our small team is there before sunrise every open day, shaping dough and pulling loaves so that everything in the case — sourdough, rye, cinnamon knots, and our seasonal fruit galette — is baked fresh, never reheated, and ready the moment we unlock the door.
We're open Tuesday through Saturday, 7am to 3pm, and we take Sundays and Mondays to rest, restock, and get ready to do it all again.
